Terms of service

Effective and last updated: July 20, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a contract between you and Dylan Boudro LLC, doing business as PosterBloom (“PosterBloom,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They apply when you visit posterbloom.store, use our services, or place an order.

The short version

PosterBloom is the seller and your point of contact. Our prints are produced to order through Prodigi's fulfillment network, then delivered by third-party carriers. Please contact us—not a production facility—if anything goes wrong with your order.

1. Agreement

By using PosterBloom or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Our Privacy Policy and Shipping & Returns Policy are incorporated into these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or place an order.

2. Eligibility and information you provide

You must be able to enter into a binding contract where you live. If you are under the age of legal majority, a parent or guardian must place the order for you. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate contact, billing, and delivery information and to use a payment method you are authorized to use.

Our products are offered primarily for personal and household use. Contact us before placing a commercial, wholesale, or unusually large order.

3. Products and artwork

PosterBloom sells physical, made-to-order art prints and, where offered, frames. Unless a product page expressly says otherwise, published prints are open edition and are not signed or numbered. The artwork is human-curated and may be created with generative tools as part of the creative process.

We make reasonable efforts to describe products accurately. Screen settings, lighting, paper, ink, material batches, cropping, and production tolerances can create small differences in color, texture, scale, finish, or dimensions. Lifestyle images and room mockups are illustrative and may not show exact scale. These normal variations are not defects, but this does not limit your rights if a product is materially defective or not as described.

4. Orders and acceptance

Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it. Submitting an order is your offer to buy the items shown at checkout. We accept that offer when payment is confirmed and we send an order confirmation.

We may reject or cancel an order before shipment if a product is unavailable, the price or description contained a material error, the order cannot be produced or delivered, payment cannot be verified, or we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity. If we cancel after collecting payment, we will refund the affected amount to the original payment method.

5. Prices, payment, promotions, and tax

  • Prices are shown and charged in U.S. dollars unless checkout says otherwise.
  • Stripe processes checkout and payment information. PosterBloom does not receive your full card number.
  • Taxes and shipping charges, when applicable, are calculated or displayed before you submit the order.
  • Your bank or card issuer may charge currency-conversion or international transaction fees.
  • Promotion codes may have separate terms, cannot be redeemed for cash, and may be changed or withdrawn as permitted by law.

6. Production and fulfillment by Prodigi

We use Prodigi, a print-on-demand production and fulfillment provider, to manufacture, pack, and route orders. Prodigi may use affiliated companies, independent print facilities, and delivery partners in its distributed fulfillment network. The facility used for a particular order can depend on product availability, destination, capacity, and operational needs; a specific production country or facility is not guaranteed unless we expressly confirm it in writing for your order.

PosterBloom remains the seller and is responsible for customer service. Prodigi's agreement is with PosterBloom, not with you, and you should send order questions or claims to hello@posterbloom.store. To fulfill your order, we send Prodigi the limited information described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Production and delivery

Production time and carrier transit time are separate. Any delivery date or range shown on the site, at checkout, or in an email is an estimate rather than a guarantee. Weather, customs, carrier delays, product availability, peak periods, and events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery. An order may arrive in more than one package.

You are responsible for providing a complete, deliverable address and for reviewing it before paying. Tell us immediately if it is wrong. Once production or shipment has begun, we may be unable to change or redirect the order. Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to you where the law permits.

PosterBloom currently accepts orders for delivery within the United States. If we later add another destination, availability and shipping charges will be shown at checkout. For an international order, you may be responsible for import duties, customs charges, and local fees not collected at checkout. Risk of loss and legal title transfer as provided by the law that applies to your purchase; nothing here transfers risk earlier than applicable consumer law allows.

8. Order changes and cancellations

Orders can move into production quickly. Email us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We will try to help, but we cannot promise a change or cancellation after the order has been submitted for production. If we can stop the order before production, we will cancel it and refund the affected amount.

This operational rule does not remove a cancellation or withdrawal right that applicable law gives you and that cannot be waived.

9. Returns, damage, and order problems

Inspect your order promptly. If an item is damaged, materially defective, incorrect, or missing, email us within 14 days after delivery (or the estimated delivery date for a missing order). Send your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label when available. Depending on the issue, we may repair, reprint, replace, or refund the affected item. We may ask you to return it and, for an accepted defect claim, will provide a label or reimburse reasonable approved return postage.

Because each product is printed for an individual order, we do not generally accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges unless we expressly agree or applicable law requires them. If we later accept an order for a destination where local law gives you a mandatory withdrawal or cooling-off right, we will honor it. Follow the process in our Shipping & Returns Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory remedies or warranties.

If we later accept a qualifying purchase by a consumer in the European Economic Area, products will also be covered by the minimum legal conformity guarantee required by the consumer's local law. That guarantee is separate from the change-of-mind withdrawal period and applies when goods are faulty or do not match the contract.

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers control how long a credit takes to appear.

10. Intellectual property

To the extent protected by applicable law, the site, artwork, product images, text, graphics, branding, software, and other content are owned or controlled by PosterBloom or its licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the site for personal shopping.

Buying a print transfers ownership of that physical copy; it does not transfer copyright or grant a right to scan, reproduce, distribute, mint, modify, license, or commercially exploit the artwork. You may give away or resell the lawfully purchased physical print where applicable law permits.

11. Reviews, photos, and other submissions

If you submit a review, photo, feedback, or other content, you keep your ownership rights and give PosterBloom a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, edit for format or length, display, and distribute it to operate and promote PosterBloom. You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions and that your submission is accurate, lawful, and does not violate another person's rights or privacy.

We may moderate or remove submissions, but we are not required to publish them. Do not include sensitive personal information in a public submission.

12. Acceptable use

You may not:

  • use the site for fraud, unlawful conduct, or infringement;
  • interfere with security, availability, checkout, or another person's use;
  • scrape, crawl, copy, or extract site content at scale without written permission, except for ordinary search-engine indexing;
  • introduce malicious code or attempt unauthorized access;
  • misrepresent your identity, affiliation, review, or order information; or
  • use PosterBloom content to train, fine-tune, or evaluate a machine-learning model without written permission.

13. Third-party services and links

We rely on third parties for payment, production, hosting, email, analytics, storage, and delivery. Their services may be subject to their own terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for an unrelated third-party website merely because we link to it. This section does not reduce PosterBloom's obligations to you as the seller or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Warranties and limitation of liability

We warrant that products will materially match their description and be of satisfactory quality as required by applicable law. Except for those promises and any non-excludable statutory warranty, the site and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, PosterBloom will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential losses, or for lost profits or data, arising from use of the site or a product. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for a claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

These exclusions and limits do not apply where prohibited by law, including liability that cannot be excluded for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury, or mandatory consumer rights. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

15. Applicable law and disputes

Before filing a formal claim, please email us with your order number and a description of the issue so we can try to resolve it. These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Subject to any non-waivable consumer forum or small-claims right, the state and federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona have exclusive jurisdiction and venue. This section does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.

16. General terms and contact

If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be modified only as much as necessary and the remaining provisions will continue. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. We may transfer these Terms as part of a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale of PosterBloom; you may not transfer them without our written consent. Events outside a party's reasonable control excuse delay to the extent caused by that event, but do not remove rights that applicable consumer law guarantees.

We may update these Terms prospectively. The date above shows the latest version. Material changes apply to future site use and orders, and the terms presented when you ordered continue to govern that order unless the law requires otherwise.
